Creation Africa Ghana proudly presents an unparalleled opportunity for Ghanaian animation professionals to showcase market-ready projects at the prestigious Annecy International Film Festival. We invite submissions across various categories including Feature Films, Short Films and TV Series, aiming to highlight the best of Ghanaian animation talent.

Selected projects will have the chance to participate in an exclusive workshop in Accra and secure representation at the Annecy festival's market, MIFA, through a dedicated Ghanaian booth.

  • Project submission deadline: April 15, 2024
  • Announcement of selected projects: May 2, 2024
  • Project Workshop: May 18 - 19, 2024
  • Annecy 2024: June 9 – 16, 2024

SELECTION: A jury comprising representatives from the French Embassy in Ghana and industry experts will review complete submissions meeting the outlined regulations. Up to 8 project holders will be selected to participate in an exclusive workshop in Accra, focusing on honing pitching skills essential for festival presentations. Additionally, selected project holders will receive full sponsorship from Creation Africa Ghana covering all expenses related to participating in the festival, including flights, accommodation, accreditation, and local allowances.
