Impact Potential

Examine the potential positive impact of the ventures on relevant communities or industries. Look for projects that have the capacity to bring about meaningful change or improvement.

Alignment with CAG objectives

Ensure that the projects align closely with the defined objectives of the program. Look for clear connections between the proposed ventures and the overarching goals of the initiative.

Data integrity

Verify the accuracy and consistency of information provided in the applications. Ensure that the data presented is reliable and reflects the true nature of the proposed ventures.

Partnerships & Collaborations

Ventures were evaluated based on the demonstration, willingness, and ability to collaborate with other individuals and organisations, both within and outside the creative sector.

Team Composition & Inclusivity

Ventures were scored based on the diversity, skill set, and credentials of team members.

Traction & Key Milestones

Participating ventures were evaluated on their ability to show progress and momentum in engaging interest. (This included a growing customer base, increased number of users, interest from investors, positive customer feedback, web traffic, and social media following.)

Creative & Innovative Spark

Participants were scored on the innovative and creative value provided through their ventures, in comparison to existing solutions. This included the introduction of new ideas and creative approaches to solutions.

Business Model Viability

Participating ventures were evaluated based on the feasibility and sustainability of their business models. Ventures were also scored based on their revenue generation strategy.

Boot Camp Participation

Participating ventures were scored based on their attendance and participation in the boot camp.

Potential for Job Creation

Participating ventures were scored on the viability to create jobs and opportunities for job creation within their immediate and/or adjacent sector.
