Kofi Dotse

New Born Management is a creative talent incubator founded by Kofi Dotse with a clear conviction: that excellence is built through structure, exposure, discipline, and values, not talent alone. Designed to identify, train, and develop purposeful African creatives equipped to compete within the global creative economy, the incubator launched just over a year ago with a pilot cohort of three carefully selected participants; Emmanuel, Ansu, and Zack, chosen for their demonstrated talent, commitment to growth, and long-term potential. Operating through a blended model that combines education, mentorship, and hands-on industry exposure, the program runs weekly virtual training sessions covering creative principles, media literacy, storytelling, professionalism, and industry standards, reinforced by monthly practical workshops including supervised shoots and project simulations. At the core of the model is direct, on-the-job experience. Participants are embedded into real client production work, giving them the rare opportunity to observe, contribute to, and grow within live professional environments from the earliest stages of their careers.
